Sara keeps the daily work moving while making sure every caller and visitor is met with warmth and understanding.

Sara answers phones, takes orders, organizes the daily vault schedule, processes payroll and is often the friendly face greeting visitors at Watts.
Her varied career has included owning a daycare, loading trucks at UPS, directing children’s ministry, working in finance and recruiting. Across every role, helping people has been the constant.
Originally from Norwalk and now living in Des Moines, Sara appreciates the city’s growing community and small-town feel. She enjoys biking, live music, theater, discovering new restaurants and traveling whenever she can.
First and foremost, Sara is a mother of three and a proud Grammy — a title she calls simply the best.
