Lori meets with families choosing a memorial for a loved one or planning ahead for themselves. She also makes sure shipments arrive correctly and keeps the Montezuma office running smoothly.
An early experience with grief outside her own family taught Lori the importance of being a good listener and showing compassion. Her approach is honest and unhurried, guiding each person toward the stone and design that will serve them best.
Lori moved to Montezuma in eighth grade, graduated there and raised three daughters with her husband, Kelly. She values the community’s small-town warmth and wants every visitor to feel genuinely welcomed.
